Thank you for shopping with Lockyer Lodge Equestrian!  We hope that you love your purchase.

 

However, if it’s not quite right you are welcome to return item(s) for exchange or refund.  You have, 7 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it.  Please contact us first before returning any item(s).

 

Item(s) must be in unused new condition as purchased, with all labels, tickets attached, including original packaging where it is applicable.

 

All freight costs are non-refundable; refund is for the price of goods only.   Additional freight costs may apply if the item(s) needs to be exchanged.

 

Items purchased on sale can not be returned or refunded.

 

**Please note that reasonable wear and tear that occurs as a result of normal usage, or if the item was not laundered according to the manufacturer’s instructions are not considered as fault and therefore will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
